DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL
August 15, 2025you will have maintenance issues every month, leaking water, mold, drain fly infestation that they don’t do anything about. The walls are very thin and you will hear your neighbors talking. My car has gotten broken into as well as my neighbors. They don’t do proper water checks, they just put the same amount usage on your bill every month.Property Manager Responded

Our community is serviced regularly by pest control and we take your comments on mold & leaking water seriously. Please consider following proper channels by entering a work order so our team may get to work on any current concerns. Unfortunately crime can happen anywhere. We always recommend not leaving any valuables in your car and to report any incidents to local law enforcement. Water is billed by a 3rd party and based on usage. Please stop by the office for additional questions, we are here to help.

July 25, 2025I wanted to share my gratitude for my stay at The Everly. Malorie, Kaitlin were here 3 years ago, they made moving in very easy from Johnson City. David, Ed, Jarrett, the maintenance staff have taken care of any maintenance issues that arose Sydney, the manager and staff have been very helpful. Sydney made my transition from a one bedroom to a two bedroom very easy I am very happy to call The Everly my home for the last 3 years. I referred two people to the Everly, one from my workplace, ...a resident doctor from out of state and another family seeing me on my porch was wanting an honest opinion and were having a difficult time deciding with my optimism took the apartment. I will continue to refer others to The Everly. I am moving out of state. Everly provided a safe place, an atmosphere to heal from the loss of my mother, s place for me to become strong and have the strength to move - out of the state after living in it for 25 years. Moving is difficult, I will keep my memories of Everly in my heart. Again, I wanted to thank everyone for making my stay, a good experience. SheilaProperty Manager Responded

September 20, 2019Beautiful grounds! Trees are gorgeous and shrubs kept cut and clean! Any maintenance issue was taken care of immediately Kayla in the office is just a joy! I feel safe with the staff that lives on site and all the employees here are kind and courteous! I'm a single mother with a 14-year-old I feel safe leaving him to go out ~>security 24 hours! This is just a great place to live close to everything and I mean EVERYTHING!!Property Manager Responded

October 9, 2015My husband, puppy, and I have had a wonderful experience at Windrush apts! We are moving but if we were to stay in Knoxville, we would stay here! The prices are wonderful, the staff is friendly, and overall, it is a quiet and peaceful place to live. We live on the second floor and the view from the balcony is refreshing and just feels a little bit "above it all" from the world when you get off work. September 16, 2015I have lived here for two years, when ever I have a problem or a concern I call down to the office and ask for Tammy and if its not done that day it will be done by quitting time the next. Dave the maintenance man is very helpful and friendly. If you have a concern and she can not answer it right then she will find out for you and call you back. I have moved twice in two years and have not had any problems with Tammy or anyone from the main office.
