Beautiful homes but poorly built with wifi issues

I really did not want to leave a review because I understand to an extent this is out of the offices control but this is a recurring issue here that the Wi-Fi is always going down. I wfh half of the week so need wifi to do my job. Part of the reason I moved here is because of the fiber internet so it being down often is an issue. Furthermore you also can’t get your own wifi to even help resolve the issue. My frustration with this is also that the office does a poor job at communicating timelines ...
on fixes which is infuriating. The AI they use tells you to contact the wifi company yourself but you can’t even get ahold of them. This place needs to switch who they use for internet. Furthermore, this place was built poorly. The insulation sucks and we can literally see bugs come in from the cracks under the walls. Walls. Not doors. I’ve had pest control treat and it’s still a huge issue. I love the homes here but these issues make living here extremely frustrating.
