June 10, 2024 - Review from Apartments.comThis complex is super nice and in the heart of Midtown Atlanta/ Atlantic Station. I feel very fortunate to be able to feel like I am safe at night walking my two dogs as well as my vehicle in a parking garage that stays with a fob only accessible gate. The size of the complex is smaller so there is less traffic and more on the quiet side. I enjoy living here and I would recommend The Exchange to those who are interested in being part of a safe community.Property Manager Responded

The rent was lower than any complex that had a 1B/1B, pretty much anywhere safe in the city. The location was really convenient to so many things, and I took daily walks around the neighborhood. I also loved the appearance of my unit (charcoal floors, light cabinetry/countertops, and up-to-date appliances). I also frequented the pool! The maintenance was really fast, and the maintenance guys were great at their jobs and fun to catch ...up with once in a while. I barely had any issues, and nothing long-standing, and I needed that because I worked from home. The only thing that people should be aware of is that the fire alarm seems to malfunction. This has never really posed a true inconvenience to me, so I would live here again. The only reason I'm moving is because I'm going back to school, out of state.
