I've lived here for 5 years, and they have kept it hospitable through any issues that have arisen. Inconveniences that are inevitable for residents are taken seriously and handled with communication, if not swiftly.

Please take the leasing office person with you when you first go in to check the apartment after getting your keys.
In my case, the toilets was not clean.Despite showing pictures to the leasing office staff, he got defensive and said " we cleaned it".

"My experience here, though I’ve only lived here for less than a year, has been mixed. The property is beautiful, well-maintained, and in a great location. However, the ongoing issues I've faced with the A/C unit in this hot Atlanta, GA have been quite inconvenient and unacceptable."

This complex is super nice and in the heart of Midtown Atlanta/ Atlantic Station. I feel very fortunate to be able to feel like I am safe at night walking my two dogs as well as my vehicle in a parking garage that stays with a fob only accessible gate. The size of the complex is smaller so there is less traffic and more on the quiet side. I enjoy living here and I would recommend The Exchange to those who are interested in being part of a safe community.

Great community in a great location. Jessica from leasing office is always very helpful and attentive when needed. Friendly maintenance staff as well and they act quickly once you put in a maintenance order. Very happy with my move to The Exchange.
