The apartment complex is generally well-maintained, but there are significant issues. The walls are incredibly thin; I can hear the toilet flushing from the unit above. Parking is also a major problem most nights. On several occasions, I’ve had to park near buildings 6 or 7, despite living in building 4. In my last survey, I suggested assigning designated parking spots, but it seems that idea wasn’t taken seriously. Additionally, I disagree with the new valet trash and insurance policies. ...
Existing residents should have been grandfathered in under the old terms. Small considerations like these make a big difference when deciding on lease renewals.

Some times the maintenance is not good, you need to call them directly in order to make the things happen, for me is annoying but so far the rest is good

Really great apartments for the most part I like them. I definitely recommend if someone asked for an apartment. I put in a maintenance request and they got it done the same day. Sometimes I have trouble getting them to answer the phone, but that they’re good.

However, one aspect that I feel could be improved is the lack of a park or playground area for kids. As a ...
parent, having a designated outdoor space for children to play and socialize is essential. While the surrounding neighborhood may offer parks, having one within the apartment complex would enhance the overall experience for families residing here.
