October 1, 2024The apartment complex is generally well-maintained, but there are significant issues. The walls are incredibly thin; I can hear the toilet flushing from the unit above. Parking is also a major problem most nights. On several occasions, I’ve had to park near buildings 6 or 7, despite living in building 4. In my last survey, I suggested assigning designated parking spots, but it seems that idea wasn’t taken seriously. Additionally, I disagree with the new valet trash and insurance policies. ...Existing residents should have been grandfathered in under the old terms. The amenities were top-notch, from the sleek kitchen appliances to the convenient in-unit laundry facilities. The location was also great, offering easy access to shops, restaurants, and public transportation. However, one aspect that I feel could be improved is the lack of a park or playground area for kids. As a ...parent, having a designated outdoor space for children to play and socialize is essential.
