        The apartment complex is generally well-maintained, but there are significant issues. The walls are incredibly thin; I can hear the toilet flushing from the unit above. Parking is also a major problem most nights. On several occasions, I’ve had to park near buildings 6 or 7, despite living in building 4. In my last survey, I suggested assigning designated parking spots, but it seems that idea wasn’t taken seriously. Additionally, I disagree with the new valet trash and insurance policies. ...
        Existing residents should have been grandfathered in under the old terms. Small considerations like these make a big difference when deciding on lease renewals.

        I have been here for a year. Love it so far and the room is super clean and nice modern style. The common area is always clean, and the pool is very nice for a relaxing day

        Really great apartments for the most part I like them. I definitely recommend if someone asked for an apartment. I put in a maintenance request and they got it done the same day. Sometimes I have trouble getting them to answer the phone, but that they’re good.
