Complete nightmare
November 30, 2020 - Review from Apartments.comI have never had such a horrible experience with an apartment. The office staff was always rude to me. If I complained about anything I was asked if I wanted to move out. Every neighbor I had was rude and inconsiderate of other people living there. Maintenance left a mess and left lights on. It truly was awful.

She has kept in touch with me and I have found out I am approved and moving in this month. However, since our application was denied, they have been rude on numerous occasions. We have been calling about our money that they were supposed to refund to us. Hey refuse to answer the phones and when they do answer, they are RUDE!!! Jackie, Denise, and even the property manager are rude. One person tells me one thing and the other would tell me something completely different. It’s been over a month th since we’ve ...applied and we still haven’t received our refund check.
