January 21, 2026I really enjoy living here, the staff and maintenance is amazing. They always stay on top of it and are super personable. The amenities are great ! The location is super close to anything and everything. December 18, 2025Wonderful community, staff and neighbors! The Exchange is a great place to live. Everyone I’ve interacted with in the community is very friendly, both humans and dogs! I feel very safe with the keyless entry into my building not to mention hallways are heated in winter and have A/C in summer. Also the great community events and Amazon lockers. December 18, 2025The living experience was OK. The walls are a little thin so you can hear neighbors easily and you can hear people coming up and down the steps in the hallway very easily as well. There was some inconsiderate neighbors who blasted music in their cars in the parking lot which made using the balcony very hard as well.
