December 19, 2021Decent, pretty clean apartment in pleasant setting but no washer/dryer hook up in my 1 br. Tiny, tiny kitchen with half F sized stove/oven with no room for a full size baking sheet and absolutely no food prep room. Approx. 3 feet of space between stove/sink/counter and opposite wall. Cheap motel style AC/Heater unit without temp control makes it too hot or too cold and probably hurts the electric bill which is the only thing besides cable/net not covered in rent. property is so / so
February 3, 2021This property could use some major updating. They have made some improvements, which is great, but a lot more improvements are needed. Their "renovated" one bedroom has a tiny galley kitchen with an EXtremely dated, small fridge and an EXtremely dated small oven. The flooring throughout the unit is nice. The walls are painted a dreadful gray color. They installed a new exterior door and front window while I was there - unfortunately, the door was very sloppily framed in, the nails were ...hideous. Not worth it in the long run!
June 19, 2020I had a lot of maintenance issues on a frequent basis. The toilet leaked repeatedly after they attempted to fix it and I had to deal with 2 defective refrigerators and spoiled food before I was able to get one that worked. Dale, the maintenance man is the only reason I'm giving this two stars, because he was always quick to get in touch with me after calling him. Taking into consideration this was a newly renovated unit, this is somewhat ridiculous that I had so many maintenance issues. I have ...still yet to hear from them regarding my return deposit after I meticulously cleaned the place. Good luck trying to get a hold of the new property manager, the voicemail has been full for over a month. No one ever seems to be present in the office! How is this in the least bit professional? Not too shabby
June 1, 2020I’m currently renting here and I was fortunate enough to get a freshly renovated 1 bedroom apartment. The A/C blows ice cold and everything is top notch with the new appliances and new bathroom set up. I really like it here and wasn’t planning on being here very long but for me it’s fantastic! October 10, 2017If you want windows that open at all, working screens for those windows, a functional central air system, a vanity for the bathroom instead of a literal hole in the wall, fans that don’t sound as if they’re about to collapse upon you, lights that respond to switches, a gnat-free sink, people on the other side of your wall who don’t have bedbugs and a landlord willing to address ANY of these issues prior to you renting the apartment, go somewhere else.
