The team at Fairmont Apartments has been consistent and responsive under Santiago’s leadership. They always take the time to answer my questions thoroughly and make sure I feel informed about the status of things. A special thank you to David, the maintenance manager, who is not only quick to resolve work orders but also takes the time to explain things and shares helpful tips about maintaining the apartment. It’s clear the team cares about their residents and takes pride in their work.

I am a resident since 2023, overall my experience has been positive and now with the new management even better.Very happy to see the complex more clean along with renovated apartments, gym, office all look great.The maintenance team responds promptly and the repairs are done professionally.Santiago is doing a great job managing this place, always very courteous nd helpful. I love it here !!
Everyone is so nice and kind !
My husband and I are so happy.
Also the people that works at the office and other amenities are great they always smile at you and are super kind.
When I need something to be fix they come right away, the pool are is amazing and is great that they have a gym .

I am pleased with my apartment and the whole complex. The grounds are kept up nicely. It is quiet here. Although some of the apartment features are old, maintenance is prompt to solve any problems.

I have been promoting the place to people/Yolo bus drivers-since it’s close to their bus garage- groceries stores-and a bus ride from here to the airport and back while traveling/no need to take your car and park it at the airport-etc.
