January 2, 2026 - Review from Apartments.comI’ve been at this building for 3.5 years and can’t recommend it. We’ve been through 3 different management companies in that time and the latest one, Tuli Realty, is a total joke. Hot water has been an ongoing issue since march of 2024 despite multiple supposed repairs and equipment replacements.
