Not worth it
January 7, 2023Maintenance doesn't fix anything, or it can take a year and many requests to get them to do so. The water was turned off on a nearly weekly basis, often with no warning or only a 30 minute to hour warning. If something comes up (i.e. illness, lost job, etc) and you're late on rent even once, they'll threaten eviction.Property Manager Responded

don’t live here unless you have to
May 12, 2021They have to shut the water off atleast once a week.. if the power goes out it takes all day to fix. Very poor communication from management and office employees. All appliances are out dated and hardly work. Bathroom was a mess.Property Manager Responded

I JUST LOVE IT!!
October 27, 2018I have been living here at The Fairways for almost three years. I’m getting ready to sign my next lease , and I can’t think of a better place to live in Longview. The monthly rent is very affordable for the location. Alicia, Whitney, Travis, and Corey make up the office staff and maintenance crew. Alicia, and Whitney have always greeted me with smiles and kindness, whether I’m dropping off my rent check or just have a quick question or maintance issue. The maintance guys are the best. You can ...call and leave a message with a problem, and within seconds you will get a call back night or day, 7 days a week. This is the first apartment that I have ever rented where you are offered an “easy pay” option for your rent. I can split my monthly payment up into two payments for a very small fee, and I’m not right away broke at the first of the month. I moved into a one bedroom freshly painted, newly carpeted clean space, three years later I’m signing my third lease and I have no reason to move and live somewhere else. This is a perfect fit for me and I have no doubt that I will be signing yearly leases here from now on. I apologize for the length of this review , but I believe in giving “cudos” where they are due and the staff and property deserve big “cudos “.Property Manager Responded

June 21, 2016Apartments are small. No counter space for cooking or cabinet space for storage. The walls are so thin u hear the outside noise plus your neighbors above you if your on the ground unit sound like they are gonna fall through the ceiling at any given time. I've had a problem with roaches and mice since I moved in and probably will continue till i move out b/c the office doesn't seem to care. The only good thing I've found is the closeness to shopping and work.Property Manager Responded
