September 26, 2017I relocated to Florida, and sadly was not able to renew my lease. The office personnel were always friendly, helpful, and went out of their way regardless of my request or confusion. The facilities personnel always took great care of the common areas of the property: snow was removed as it fell, salt was spread so you could safely get to your vehicle, leaves and fallen branches were promptly taken care of. The property always looks wonderful! Any repair or problem in your apartment was always ...taken care of quickly and done right the first time, leaving no mess behind. May 14, 2013I contacted Fairways Apartments in hopes I could be a resident. The fact that I could email all my questions and carry on discussions without picking up a phone was the best. I'm afraid I wasn't able to secure an apartment and not for the lack of the office staff trying everything in their powers to accommodate me, but because they just didn't have what I required. All of their one bedroom units were full and I can tell why. I did a drive by and loved it. I emailed and was treated with kindness ...and consideration by the most helpful of staff. February 2, 2015My lease at the Fairways just ended on 1/31/15 and I'm glad I didn't renew. The apartment its self is okay. Quality of the apartment is poor- paint chips easy, noise from Neighbors, cold draft constantly on lower level, not enough cabinet space, snow removal HORRIBLE! Lastly, parking policy is ridiculous! You can't have visitors passed 8pm and if you do you need a guess pass. I thought i moved in with my parents when i seen this policy.Review from Apartments.com
