My experience has been okay. But something weird did happen. I was putting groceries always from my car and someone started stealing my stuff. They ran off but I still had to call the police.

Parking is worse then Manhattan

I live in the “newer” apartments. Parking is an absolute Nightmare. You’re alotted one numbered spot per apartment. So if you have more then one car you’ll feel my pain. Had I known how bad parking is I probably would have reconsidered moving here. At the end of the summer there was a motorcycle covered and taking up a “prime” spot (near the apartments, not in the back) for 3-4 weeks without moving once. Another time there was a trailer sitting in one of those spots for a week. At times I find ...
myself on a 5 minute walk to my car from my apartment. 5 minutes in below freezing temperatures is actually more like 500 minutes. Aside from that nightmare. The apartment itself is like a bad used car. Its glued together to look good for move in. My bathroom sink had hair from what looked like 10 dead animals in the first few weeks (I know it wasn’t mine because I have short brown hair and there was every hair color and length under the sun jammed in there). Same went for the master shower drain. Knobs fall off cabinets like it’s their part time job. The ice machine doesn’t dispense cubed ice. The a/c hardly ever cools the master bedroom and the heat hardly works in the second bedroom. The “gyms” have equipment from the 60s and they charge residents $10 per guest to use the pool. On the bright side: free coffee in the clubhouse. If you like coffee move here.

This is by far the MOST AMAZING rental property I have ever lived in!! Being a traveling Business Owner I have to say I would give them a 10 rating. Their staff and maintenance department go unsurpassed!!! This is the only rental community i would recommend!!

My family and I love it here! We applied and moved in last minute (less than a week before my due date to be exact) and the staff was wonderful and accommodating. The grounds are beautifully kept and the apartments are gorgeous. Very quiet and friendly neighborhood. Alicia in the leasing office, head of maintenance, and the property manager were all very friendly, polite, and professional.

We have been at the apartment complex for about a year. It is a very safe community with plenty of amenities. The management team are very responsive, easy to get a hold of. Communication is very easy email, a text or a call.The maintenance crew keep this property in excellent condition they are responsive, polite, and knowledgeable. They are extremely professional and have always taken care of any requests quickly and pleasantly.

I moved to the Fairways at Bay Lea in July 2015 and I have to tell you, so far I have nothing but praise. Everyone is so nice and respectful. I live on the topmost floor so i do not hear my neighbors walking or making any noise. The entire complex is quiet. Parking is ample. The fire alarm works, as I burnt a burger and it quickly started going off when there was smoke everywhere. All the appliances are in top form and the 24hour gym is great because I come back really late from work. The commom ...
