Paper thin walls neighbors loud stomping above you management does nothing about It when you complain. I can’t wait to leave here I avoid my apartment all day due to loud neighbors. Don’t even need an alarm neighbors wake you up at 6:00AM EVERYDAY even on weekend. I leave to work from home and study for school. The management and staff don’t care just want your money. I’ve been here three years and really sad at how Lindsey doesn’t care what so ever about the upkeep of the grounds! I wish I could post pics here of all of the weeds literally growing everywhere out of the mulch in front of the apartments, poking out out the sidewalks and curbs everywhere and some are taller than me and that is the honest to gods truth! Trash all over the place, people dump furniture and mattresses etc in our parking lots in front of the dumpster areas and it lays there for days ...
until you finally call and complain about it! It’s truly ashame because this place could look nice with some professional landscaping and regular upkeep with all the trash all over the place!!!

It is a safe environment and Google fiber is free but those are the only positive I can say about this complex. The clubhouse is really not rentable unless you only plan on having a brunch for three people. If you have problems with your neighbors don’t bother calling the office because they will not do anything. I’m excited to be moving away from this place.

Do not move here. The office staff is unprofessional, unhelpful, self concerned, only care about money, and will argue with you. Very pleasant experience here. They only help you if it benefits them. I payed extra NOT to live here that's how bad the staff is. You will wish you lived else where later.
