January 22, 2018The neighbors above us left their water on and ruined the ceiling of my apt and all they did was have someone vacuum the water off my floor. Never mind agreeing they’d fix the ceiling fan and the ceiling but never bothering to check in on the issue. When we moved in they had the dryer door handle held on by duct tape. 5/15 wall outlets work. And staples are holding the door frames together. Don't recommend anyone to move here
April 26, 2017I was told I could move in at a certain date paid deposit and everything and afterwards was told they didn't have the place I was told I could move in available anymore and that I would have to wait again after I had given a 30 day notice in my present place of residence.... the manager and one of the office worker was better unprofessional.... I had to call home Home office to get results..... if it's any where else a person can go I would recommend highly to go instead of the Fairways in ...Marion.....Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Horrible apartments
April 5, 2017Worst apartments you could possibly ever move to horrible manager and staff took over a month for them to clear mold from my apartment after flood they caused upstairs and after I moved out charged me an additional rent payment that I paid before I moved out all they did was give me run around about my refund stay far away from these apartments and the greens these are horribleReview from Apartments.com
