Finally a community that cares about creating and maintaining beautiful spaces- more importantly, cares about the residents! First of all, I fell in love with the floorplans and buildings. Reaching out to the leasing office was the best experiences I’ve had while renting. Really amazing staff and they’ve continually gone above and beyond to do their best at filling requests, answering questions, and providing whatever is needed to remedy a situation or satisfy their community. favorable experience at the last place I rented from, but Fairways at Woodfield is a breath of fresh air. From the leasing office, to the maintenance team, and even management (which is rare!): they take their jobs seriously and are always willing to be as helpful as possible. 10/10 team here!!! They made me feel comfortable, and welcomed. It’s such a relief to live somewhere that I actually trust my home is in good hands.
Even neighbors in this community are respectful and kind! This place is really a cut above the rest. I couldn’t be happier.
