July 25, 2025Finally a community that cares about creating and maintaining beautiful spaces- more importantly, cares about the residents! First of all, I fell in love with the floorplans and buildings. Reaching out to the leasing office was the best experiences I’ve had while renting. Really amazing staff and they’ve continually gone above and beyond to do their best at filling requests, answering questions, and providing whatever is needed to remedy a situation or satisfy their community. I had a less than ...favorable experience at the last place I rented from, but Fairways at Woodfield is a breath of fresh air. From the leasing office, to the maintenance team, and even management (which is rare!): they take their jobs seriously and are always willing to be as helpful as possible. 10/10 team here!!! They made me feel comfortable, and welcomed. It’s such a relief to live somewhere that I actually trust my home is in good hands. Even neighbors in this community are respectful and kind! Loved living here!
June 13, 2021When I moved into my apartment I had a lot going on in my life. Newly separated and had just been diagnosed with stage 3 cancer the week I moved in. The staff were very helpful and always available if I needed something. Problems were addressed immediately. If work had to be done I was notified when to expect the maintenance people who were friendly and seemed knowledgeable. They did what needed to be done, cleaned up after themselves and always asked if there were any other issues that ...needed to be taken care of. After a year I found a house and moved but would have gladly stayed longer if not for that. My 3rd floor apartment had a beautiful view of trees and the pond. I had a vaulted ceiling in the living room with a gas fireplace, 2 good sized bedrooms and baths. The kitchen was small but had everything you would find in a larger kitchen. WORST COMPLEX EVER
January 29, 2020When I had first moved in I was amazed at how lovely of a facility this was. Until I discovered within the first week that there was not much in the way of soundproofing in the apartments. My upstairs neighbors had children that they essentially neglected. Stomping for on average at least 8 hours a day... I politely talked to the neighbors about it and was ignored. Having lived in community living before, I decided to give it a few months. I eventually called the cops due to screaming at one in ...the morning, followed by involving the office. I had been woken up by the loud TV at 3 am more than one occasion. I wasn't getting any proper sleep, I became irritable averaging on about 3-4 hours of sleep every night. The office stated that they were enforcing the policy of 10 pm bed time, they had sent letters to them... No improvement had been made during the year I lived there. I had wondered why the office had stressed loud noises so much... The office doesn't notify when maintenance is doing any work within the area. There is no form of communication to the tenant. I had not been notified when my building's pipes had frozen. The office managed to screw up their own work orders on multiple accounts. When I had a leak from my upstairs neighbor's shower drain, they had to tear a hole in 2 places in my ceiling and did not come to repair it. They left it there for a month because I was leaving. It didn't matter that I was still paying and using my apartment. Maintenance also scratched my floor and tub with the ladder. The ladies in the office argued with my sister and accused her of being a liar when we had dropped off our gym fob and house keys at separate instances and attempted to charge us for it. They eventually found that we had indeed given it back to them. I had paid the last water bill installment only to be accused of not paying it and it being held from our deposit. My sister had to call the 3rd party company they used several times because the office refused to talk to the 3rd party confirming in fact that we did pay for our water. After months of phone calls and emails back and forth, my sister was eventually issued the check for the difference owed because they made us pay for the water bill twice. Lovely Apartment Complex
January 24, 2013Will be moving into this complex tomorrow and I can't believe how spacious and clean. The Office Staff was very helpful in my selection and this apartment far exceeds what I was expecting. The rental price was reasonable for the area and the application process was easy. All appliances are new including the carpeting. I have two children and there are tennis courts, basketball court, pool, etc. They will have a blast when summer comes. June 5, 2013Buildings and grounds well kept. Loud noise from neighbors and lack of sound-proofing; foul-mouthed kids on tennis court playing basketball all day and night; unbelievable traffic noise from Dixie Hwy and I-75; pet owners letting animals urinate/defecate ON AND NEAR buildings and leaving, lack of privacy all make this complex a nightmare to live in.Review from Apartments.com
