Maintenance Crew “Excellent “
February 24, 2022I have lived at the Fairways for some years now and I must say that the maintenance crew we have now is the best. To top it off ,both their names are Steve and the only way to tell them apart is that ,one is short and one is tall (Lol). They are both very nice and respectful all the time and there work is Top Notch I have No Complaints at all, I couldn’t ask for more and to top it off the office crew is Awesome as well. A Place To Call Home
November 15, 2020I have lived here with my family for about 5 years. We moved to a larger apartment in our time here since our family grew. It was a smooth transition. The office staff especially Danielle is awesome. They are still working on getting a better and efficient maintenance staff. Danielle has created great events and fun geared towards the families and the community in here. We have had chik fil a, Cherry Smash, Kona Ice, and pizza kit zoom. MY family and I have rented for about 8 years and this is ...the first home where the property has great events that are fun for me and my family. The create a safe environment with everything going on with Covid. They work on address concerns that you bring up. The pool is always clean and the gym is as well. TERRIBLE COMMUNITY! Too expensive for what it provides livingwise
January 24, 2019Living here is total hell. Everyone gets booted. Parking lot is so full of cars of guests and booted cars that residents have to park near the front when they live in the back. Walls are so thin neighbors come out and yell at you when you are literally having a conversation in your own apartment at 11:30 at night and the sliding door to the patio is so heavy and loud they yell at you for that too... Cops are in and out all the time. People dont clean up after their dogs. The apartment itsself is ...cheap. Floors are so hard to clean kitchen shelves arent even installed correct. March 31, 2018I lived here for over a year and don’t know How anyone else can manager more , the management team has changed over a handful of times In that years time. Also as residents we never got any proper notice when construction would be done on our property, another issue would be that we where without AC for a week and did not receive any kind of compensation for this or even so much as an apology. 3 stars.. only because maintenance is on point!
June 11, 2017I moved in last month. I first looked at a 2/2 but then changed for a 3/2 to accommodate my retired parents when they are visiting. The apartment my daughter and I were shown was beautiful. We asked a lot of questions about the actual apartment we would be getting. We were told that the apartments are all upgraded. We would have stainless steel appliances and brown cabinets. Fast forward to move in week. I wanted to see the actual apartment before we moved in... to my surprise all the appliances ...in my apartment were not only white appliances BUT older model appliances. When I called and asked the "rep" I was working with. She said she NEVER said the appliances would be stainless steele BUT if I wanted, there's another 3/2 coming available if I wanted to pay $90 more I can have the SS appliances.. smh. Since I was already paying MORE than enough! I declined her offer. I moved in anyway...and on move in Day I noticed that the 3rd bedroom had NO light switch, no ceiling fan. When I requested this corrected, I was told that the 3bedroom does not come with those necessities. There's a switch on the wall that works with a lamp... smh!!! This was NEVER disclosed to me at ANY POINT in all of the renting processs... so parents BEWARE if you are renting a 3 bedroom. The 3rd bedroom is just a little hot room with a tiny closet.. The newest issue we are having is on FrIday and Saturday night there is NO parking anywhere on our side of the complex... . Apparently the residents all have multiple guest on weekends. Wonderful Staff, Wonderful Place to Live
September 5, 2016Terry, Chris and the entire maintenance department have made our move from NY to Florida as smooth as possible. From the moment we stepped foot into the Leasing Office to today they have been nothing but helpful, respectful, courteous and patient. Anything we asked for we received in less than 24 hours. Coming from a totally different state we had about a million questions, Terry answered every question professionally and courteously. Never once was she short with me (and I was pretty ...annoying). She is amazing! On our move in day Chris gave us a ton of information about the area knowing we were from out of state. He told us where to shop, where to eat, beaches, hang outs, etc. He is amazing. They truly care about their residents and that means a lot!! The apartments are perfect, the landscaping is gorgeous, it is beyond peaceful living here and the staff is beyond helpful and friendly! The amenities are great (gym, pool, louge, etc.). Love the screened in patios! Love the fact that it is on a golf course. It is close to everything! Thank you everyone for making our move so easy!
