July 22, 2025Living at Falls of Sope Creek has been a mostly positive experience. The community is peaceful and well-kept, and I enjoy the natural surroundings—it gives the complex a calm and relaxing feel. The location is convenient, with easy access to shopping, schools, and public transportation. Maintenance is usually responsive when I place a request, and the front office has been helpful when I’ve needed assistance. I’ve had some challenges recently, especially with late fees during a tough time, but I ...appreciate that the staff has tried to work with me. July 1, 2025I have been having a decent time living at the falls. Maintenance is pretty thorough. I did recently have a flood which was due to a lack of maintenance which was pretty disappointing. I have gotten an actual update unless I look for one. Wish communication was better. All in all? Great area, and friendly/quiet neighborhoodProperty Manager Responded

June 30, 2025I’ve been a resident for several years through different management changes. Currently the group that sits in the front office have a welcoming demeanor, which is positive that has not always been the truth. overall, on a scale of one to 10 I would rate my experience at an eight. I can put a service request in and get instant maybe one day wait for a reply and service. Then on the other hand, I have a service request in that has been in over.Property Manager Responded
