June 17, 2025very nice community and staff, wish pest control could come by more often though. There's also reasonable amenities albeit they're a little spread out if you don't have a car. May 26, 2025Office staff is super friendly and helpful, and everyone I've met around the community also has been super nice. Strong community building here, and I feel very safe in my unit. Exterminator available every friday, and valet trash has especially been my favorite features of the community, taking a lot of stress off my chest. May 13, 2025Really horrible move in but since there have been some great changes and things are so much better. It's a quiet community with a peaceful walking path along the creek and maintenance is now the absolute best! Still electrical, plumbing and other issues that come with an older community. May 8, 2025There is a lot of little things in our apartment that need attention. The apartment is super old. Some of the rules are so odd like not being able to hang a wet towel from the swimming pool over your balcony or on your balcony to dry yet its ok to have the trash receptacle outside of our apartment building completely overflowing with garbage every weekend?
