The Fenimore was a beautiful community My partner and I recently relocated out of state and had to leave our beautiful apartment. Although we did not love Columbus, we loved our home at the Fenimore. The unit was gorgeous and almost looked brand new. I believe that Randy (head of maintenance) cleans all of the units and if so, he has an amazing eye for detail. During our lease we have had great experiences with everyone in the office and have spoken to Randy on many occasions. When I say that he ...
does a wonderful job, I mean it! He is on top of everything, he responds to requests right away...I don't know where he gets the unliminted amount of energy but he took care of every need that we had during our almost 3 year lease. Although my current apt is larger and is also beautiful, the cleaners lack Randy's skill and I have mentioned his name far too often when comparing him to whomever cleaned my current place lol. Fenimore staff- thank you for a wonderful stay!

A/C I put in a maintenance request about our a/c and the gentleman came over in the morning and fixed it. I wasn’t informed of what was wrong with it or what had to be done to fix it. I got a email that the request was finished and fixed. It is nice to know what is wrong with it and what was done to fix it. No communication what so ever.

Needs attention We love our apartment and the community, however, we are kind of disappointed in the lack of follow through by management. We are now going into our second month and still do not have everything completed on our punch out list. We were promised that the door frame leading into our apartment, would be painted , but are reminded every day when we see white flakes of paint chipped off that it still has not been completed.

Maintenance I requested a minor maintenance issue at 9:00 a.m. in the morning and by 1:00 in the afternoon it was taken care of. Maintenance is terrific here and they apparently want to keep all the tenants happy and their apartments will run and up to date
