December 17, 2025The Fenimore was a beautiful community My partner and I recently relocated out of state and had to leave our beautiful apartment. Although we did not love Columbus, we loved our home at the Fenimore. The unit was gorgeous and almost looked brand new. I believe that Randy (head of maintenance) cleans all of the units and if so, he has an amazing eye for detail. During our lease we have had great experiences with everyone in the office and have spoken to Randy on many occasions. When I say that he ...does a wonderful job, I mean it! He is on top of everything, he responds to requests right away...I don't know where he gets the unliminted amount of energy but he took care of every need that we had during our almost 3 year lease. Although my current apt is larger and is also beautiful, the cleaners lack Randy's skill and I have mentioned his name far too often when comparing him to whomever cleaned my current place lol. We are now going into our second month and still do not have everything completed on our punch out list.
