Insect problem Add a bed fly investigation it was the screens had been put on improperly. The maintenance man changed them around and at this moment things have been a lot better. That was the problem.

2 years I lived there for 2 years, i had no complaints , i had 2 maintenance requests while there , 1 for the dryer, and 1 for a window screen that was missing. Both were handles promptly. I would've still been living there, but i relocated closer to work. I had a good experience living there.

The Fenimore was a beautiful community My partner and I recently relocated out of state and had to leave our beautiful apartment. Although we did not love Columbus, we loved our home at the Fenimore. The unit was gorgeous and almost looked brand new. I believe that Randy (head of maintenance) cleans all of the units and if so, he has an amazing eye for detail. During our lease we have had great experiences with everyone in the office and have spoken to Randy on many occasions. When I say that he ...
does a wonderful job, I mean it! He is on top of everything, he responds to requests right away...I don't know where he gets the unliminted amount of energy but he took care of every need that we had during our almost 3 year lease. Although my current apt is larger and is also beautiful, the cleaners lack Randy's skill and I have mentioned his name far too often when comparing him to whomever cleaned my current place lol. Fenimore staff- thank you for a wonderful stay!
