September 29, 2025 - Review from Apartments.comA decent place to live. Rent went up by $30 a month again this year, which isn’t ideal. On the bright side the current office manager is kind and competent. If an issue arose she was quick to get it dealt with and always kept me updated. The property still needs more maintenance workers. There has been some storm damage from this spring that has yet to be dealt with and I know there is a backlog of maintenance requests from tenants.
