  • Management disappointed me!

    Although the wooded surroundings are pleasant, the aggressive prison-guard mentality of the manager will probably turn you away from this place. If you can cope with the toxic management, you may enjoy living here. If you don't mind rudeness, arrogance, and indifference, then please live here. Centipedes can be found all over the place in Winter!!! Pest control never worked!!!

  • NEW MANAGEMENT ISN'T WORTH YOUR TIME!!!

    I've lived here for the past 18 months... it was the best place I've ever lived! The friendly faces in the office knew us by name and It was a very reasonable priced place in Bloomington. This was in till new Management took over and started changing everything! From new ladies in the office to new prices. They're now charging per person. Its way over priced now and the friendly faces... aren't friendly any more. They have no clue who is what apartment or they're name. It's sad. I really loved ...
    this place. Neighbors never pick up after dogs either... new management could care less. It is in a nice area.
