    We've lived in this apartment community for four years, recently upgrading from a 2BHK to a 3BHK. The apartment itself is decent, with enough space for our needs. However, the appliances are outdated, which is a bit of a letdown. Overall, it's an okay place to live, but the aging appliances could use an upgrade.

    Love the staff and the quietness of the area. Great location to downtown and Baker Park. I just wish the back side apartments would be given some flowers or nice shrubbery in front of our building is bare and doesn't look great at all. And they use the parking area near my unit for the old appliances. They have grey tarps up for enclosure instead of making it look nice. Spend a lot on rent would like for the whole area to look nice and not cluttered.

    Great! I just moved here and I have really enjoyed it so far. The neighborhood is very friendly. Plenty of parking. Easy access to many restaurants and the gym. Connected to many running trails.

    So far, I really enjoy living here. It is quiet and comfortable and the leasing office reps are nice. My only issue is the dog poo outside. Still, so far this is the best apartment I’ve had.
