November 22, 2025Overall, its a nice neighborhood with a nearby trail for walks and bike riding which is enjoyable. The property has a dog park, pool, gym and tennis court. I wish that the appliances were more modern and that they would consider replacing the windows and sliding doors with more energy efficient ones as it gets very drafty in the winter.Property Manager Responded

May 6, 2025We've lived in this apartment community for four years, recently upgrading from a 2BHK to a 3BHK. The apartment itself is decent, with enough space for our needs. However, the appliances are outdated, which is a bit of a letdown. Overall, it's an okay place to live, but the aging appliances could use an upgrade.Property Manager Responded

April 28, 2025Love the staff and the quietness of the area. Great location to downtown and Baker Park. I just wish the back side apartments would be given some flowers or nice shrubbery in front of our building is bare and doesn't look great at all. And they use the parking area near my unit for the old appliances. They have grey tarps up for enclosure instead of making it look nice. Spend a lot on rent would like for the whole area to look nice and not cluttered.Property Manager Responded
