      I had a wonderful experience touring the Filmont. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The community is charming and offers a wide range of resort style amenities, and events. The location is a plus!

    • WOW! Finally a place for ACTIVE 55+ year olds in B'ham!

      The Filmont is AMAZING! As a woman in my mid-50's, recently divorced, I've been looking for MORE than just an apartment- I want community, convenience and connection...and I am so DONE maintaining a house! If you are an adult 55+ looking for an ACTIVE community with fun, planned activities and want to be surrounded by like-minded active (not young adults who just graduated college), the Filmont is IT! Ask for Shelby and Angela - they were super helpful, and made me feel welcome.
