December 4, 2024I've lived at The Finley for 2 years and I've had a pretty good experience. The maintenance is incredible! If I put a work order in at 10:00 a.m. it's normally done by 3:00 p.m. and to let me know that they've been in the apartment they'll leave a light on. The neighborhood is also pretty quiet, not a lot goes on in the area.Property Manager Responded

November 8, 2024i literally have yo contact them 1000 times for a new washer at one point they gave me a used washer that was open in the front . then kids car hop in the community. my LV bag was stolen out my car and they say they dont have any cameras or couldnt show me anything .Property Manager Responded

November 6, 2024The neighborhood is clean, quiet, and calm. The staff is amazing and help through the moving process from start to finish. Maintenance have rapid response time. Only problem is valet trash do not come on time and try to charge extra fees.Property Manager Responded
