Lovely Community
January 30, 2026I recently moved into The Fitzgerald, and I couldn't be happier with my experience so far. From day one, the entire staff has been incredibly welcoming and responsive - any questions or minor issues I've had were addressed immediately and professionally. The amenities are truly top-notch, and everything throughout the property is exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully cared for. The community itself is very quiet and peaceful, which makes it a wonderful place to come home to. ...I also want to specifically recognize Jennifer for going above and beyond for me several times already - most recently - a package of mine was initially marked as missing, and she personally took the time to locate it and deliver it to me herself. That level of care and follow-through really stood out and made me feel genuinely valued as a resident. Overall, The Fitzgerald feels like a true community - friendly neighbors, a strong sense of safety and security, and residents who respect both the facilities and one another. I'm very glad I chose to make this my new home and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a well-run, peaceful, and welcoming place to live.Property Manager Responded

All amenities work great!
October 25, 2025Fitzgerald Camino Real is a five star residence, with full and functional amenities. Had a few requests of maintenance and that was just flawless and fast! All amenities work great, which is rare on apartments.. I need to add Maribel here! She was so helpful, friendly and gave all information we needed, maybe a few times patiently. October 23, 2025I've been living at The Fitzgerald for about 6 months now — zero complaints! The community and the amenities are beautiful. The leasing office staff is always very nice — special shoutout to Maribel, who is always so eager to help. Best Apartment Community in Boca!
August 26, 2025I’ve lived in The Fitzgerald for a year now and I have zero complaints. My apartment is so beautiful and I haven’t had any problems. The amenity areas are super super nice as well. I love the gym!! I like all my neighbors. It’s cool being in a community filled with successful and motivated people. The staff is absolutely excellent. The maintenance team always goes above & beyond to help. Most importantly I have to give a shoutout to Maribel from the leasing office! I had some complications on my ...end thinking I had to end my lease to move to Europe. When I figured out a way to split my time 50/50 just two weeks before I was supposed to move out, Maribel was an enormous help in keeping my same apartment unit. Plus she’s an absolute sweetheart! Thank you to the Fitzgerald Team for a great living experience, I can’t recommend moving here enough!!Property Manager Responded

Wonderful place to call home
August 2, 2025I've had a wonderful experience living at the Fitzgerald building with my family of three children. The property is well-maintained, and the management team, especially Maribel and Alexia, the property manager, has been incredibly responsive and helpful whenever we've had questions or needed assistance. The building offers great amenities that my kids enjoy, and the location is perfect for our needs.
