January 22, 2026Its great place the staff is nice. The neighbors are nice., i enjoy the amenities pool gym. Nice park area. Quietness. The staff is always asking anything I need or anything wrong in my apartment. They've always been prompt about taking care of any issue that I've had, which I didn't really have any. September 13, 2025I do not recommend living here. My experience has been frustrating from the start. When my lease came up for renewal in May, I made it clear I would not continue unless several ongoing maintenance problems were resolved. Management verbally promised that everything would be fixed, which convinced me to sign the renewal. It is now September—five months later—and none of the issues have been fully addressed. I continue to hear only excuses and vague promises of partial work. In addition, rent rates ...appear to favor new residents over existing ones, which feels unfair. I also completed the required referral paperwork, but management first denied it, later accepted it, and then misplaced my form, asking me to re-submit it. The process has been confusing and disorganized from beginning to end. Overall, the lack of follow-through, inconsistent policies, and unkept verbal commitments have made my stay here deeply disappointing.
