    Great maintenance team! Brandon was here quickly and repaired our toilet efficiently. I’ve heard horror stories about maintenance at other apt complexes and am so glad we chose to live at the Flats. We’ve never had a problem in over 3 years that hasn’t been fixed in a timely manner by the really good-natured maintenance team here!

    Responded quickly but already broken “Fixed” toilet handle but it was immediately hard to flush, it’s already broken again less than a week later. Parts don’t seem to fit together, if the same fix is done again it is just going to keep breaking.

    No heat I had been gone for a few days and when I came home, I noticed that my furnace was not running.. I called maintenance and they sent someone right away to take care of it. I knew that the weather was gonna be getting bad and I was very glad that they took care of it right away even though it was almost time for him to go home.
