    No heat I had been gone for a few days and when I came home, I noticed that my furnace was not running.. I called maintenance and they sent someone right away to take care of it. I knew that the weather was gonna be getting bad and I was very glad that they took care of it right away even though it was almost time for him to go home.

    Cupboard repair When I moved inthe shelves in the long cupboard would not hold anything. Stronger holders were installed so I now am able to put supplies away. Maintenance is always professional & friendly.

    Responsive and quick! The maintenance guys were responsive and took care of our issues very quickly. Our garage door was fixed as well as several smaller problems in our unit. We couldn’t be happier with the maintenance crew and office staff at the Flats at 84.

    review The apartment was not cleaned well with beads, and dirt and even a soda can noted behind the dresser. The sheets smelled bad and had to be rewashed and the deodorant plug in scent was too strong, seeming to try to cover up some scent. Otherwise it was a good mov
