Excellent, affordable place to live
July 23, 2022I have been living here for 4 1/2 years, and I am very happy to live here! I initially chose this apartment complex, because I thought that the fact that it was first built in 1943, the year of my father's birth, was an auspicious sign. The management and maintenance staff have changed over the years. I am very pleased with the new management, who are very professional and provide notification via email, which I find very courteous and helpful. The new maintenance staff (here since Dec. 2021) is ...very eager and proactive! They show genuine concern for the upkeep of the property. They have taken great initiative in repairing an aging property and have a keen eye for the aesthetics of the property, both of which I did not see in previous maintenance staff. I sincerely appreciate this proactive attitude on their part. Furthermore, the maintenance staff with the support of management have fun activities, such as cookouts for Super Bowl and Memorial Day and movie nights in the summer! It is really such a kind thing for them to do! I greatly appreciate all their efforts!Property Manager Responded
