My family and I moved here about a year ago and we absolutely love the place. The management team of Chris and Talore were so awesome. Recently a new management team and Company has taken over The Flats of Lansdale and you can instantly see the change.
The buildings and parking lots are not as clean as they used to be. There are times that the trash pickup service has been missed. I am not sure how the new management team selects their new residence but as of recently in the A building by the ...
elevators and the mailboxes and the hallway leading out to the rear parking lot this area in the evening always reeks of marijuana. ON nice night we have to close our windows because the smell of marijuana overtakes our apartment. I've had to purchase air purifiers to battle the smell. When my wife and I first moved into this facility, we considered living out our final days here, but as of recently, we are considering moving out when our lease is up next year.
