Unresponsive Management and Unsubstantiated Move-Out Charges

Management changed every few months the two years I lived here. Upon move out we were accused of multiple condition charges that they could not back up with pictures or any kind of evidence and then ghosted me for a month demanding I pay. Management is unresponsive and unreliable. Do not live here.

I have really enjoyed living here the last 2 years! The pool is a highlight with the courtyard being so pretty! The townhouses are spacious and face the courtyard. I love the community events the staff puts on too. Great way to meet your neighbors. It’s very exciting to see the strip of retail spaces in front of the complex start to develop too!

I've been renting in Nashville for the last 8 years. I came to the flats about a year ago and this has hands down been the best property I've rented from. Great location, great pricing (for Nashville), and great staff. Property is well kept and the rooms have great appliances and for a new-build complex, is seemingly well made. (I have had horrendous luck with the Nashville new builds since 2020. Kaitie at the front office is helpful, professional. and understanding with my inquiries and Keith ...
and Jesse from maintenance are knowledgeable and quick with requests. I've recommended several friends to look into renting here because I have enjoyed it. Some downsides are that there is no assigned parking and the pool can get extremely crowded. Usually derives from people bringing friends from outside the complex, but it is what it is.

Communication could be better. Was very disappointed to get out of work early and not be able to use the pool with zero notice via email or text, spam folder checked and all.

You can also manage your preferences through the resident portal. Regarding the pool closure — it was a temporary safety measure due to glass being found in the area. We acted quickly to ensure everything was properly cleaned and safe before reopening. We appreciate you being part of our community and are always here if you have any questions!

As a resident for more than 2 years I've overall had a good experience, my main complaint is mainly with the front office staffing. There seems to be a lack of professionalism and open communications that I have had in several other complexes.

I really enjoy living at the Flats! The townhouses are spacious and we love the layout. The amenities are convenient and kept up well. The staff is easy to work with and very friendly. We get pretty good attendance at resident events - which is great for community building. I love East Nashville, and was hesitant about the location at first but it’s up & coming now and there are constant updates to the neighborhood!

The community has improved immensely under current leadership. The biggest opportunities/frustrations I’ve recently experienced are glitches in Parcel Pending (could be the courriers’ fault) and in maintenance requests being marked complete without work being done/lack of communication from the maintenance team. However, these issues are typically resolved quickly by the management team. Is Burb Bootcamp directly tied to the complex? Their advertising to residents was understanding at first but ...
