Extremely Poor Communication
April 24, 2021I cannot get ahold of anyone to save my life. Would love to apply, I've called 5 times and sent 3 emails and have received nothing but automated emails letting me know they'll get to me soon, and eventually those stopped coming too. Their prices and availability are different on every website you look at. Makes me wonder how they treat actual residents if this is how they treat potential residents.Review from Apartments.com
Overall Nice & Affordable
January 5, 2021Nora is great to work with and helped us every step of the way. From the application process to moving out. Great location, minutes from Restraunts, Mall, Ascension Sacred Heart and Children's Hospital. Affordable. There was a maintenance issue the day we moved in and they were there within the hour to fix. My only 3 complaints would be.. 1.pet area is rock not very paw friendly 2. People would not pick up after there pets in any area, so that was hard to enjoy play time with my dog due to having ...to watch were we stepped or ran in the grass 3. No folding table or area in laundry facility for those that want to fold while there waiting on other loads to finish.Property Manager Responded

Nice Place To Live, With Some Reservations.
September 16, 2015Its a nice enough place to live. Enough room to live comfortably, insides are clean and the pool is nice. The laundry room and gym are relatively close to my unit but not in a central location, so i can see how some people could have trouble transporting large amounts of laundry. My proximity to the street isn't favorable because the front door lets in a lot of sound so every time a car passes i can hear it. Other than that i enjoy living in at the Flats, Its really close to the mall, UWF and ...Pensacola, and a lot of other interesting stores.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
