    Great place close to campus

    As someone who is going back and forth from main campus and wanted something off campus, it is great to be this close! I love going to the football games and the proximity to the stadium is a huge plus! The rooms are very spacious (I live with one roommate), and the rates are not as bad as other properties in the area which require 2+ roommates. Staff are super helpful and the property is clean and peaceful even being this close to campus.

    I just moved in last week, and I have to say my experience here has been nothing but fantastic. I was struggling to get all my suitcases up to my apartment and one of the maintenance guys offered to help assist up the stairs. I really love the atmosphere here and the clubhouse is so cool!

    I’ve stayed at The Flats for 3 years and it’s been pretty good. It’s walkable from campus and on game days it’s nice to not have to look for parking. They always have cool parties and give us free stuff!

    I signed at the flats for next year and I can’t wait! The amenities are nice and their clubhouse is so cool! The staff helped show me how to do a self guided tour and gave me sour starburst after! Excited to call this place my home next year
