Great place to live at
April 22, 2026Since I have moved to the flats I felt very welcomed. This is the first time I have moved into an apartment and yet they made the process so easy for me. Anytime I have had an issue I get the help I need at the front desk. Anytime we have needed maintenance, they arrive insanely fast after the request. I want to say that it is a bit pricey to live at the flats, but they provide so much. From our own gym, to our study lounge, to our pool and so much more. Very Close to Campus!
March 27, 2026I love how close the Flats is to campus! My friends and I walk to all of the football games which has created last memories whether we win or lose the football game.
