Poor First Impression

I recently stopped by this property to get information about a 2-bedroom apartment, and unfortunately, my experience was disappointing.
When I arrived, I was immediately told that there were no apartments available to show. I completely understood that and wasn’t expecting a tour. I simply wanted to learn more about the property and see what options might potentially be available within my timeframe, which would be anytime after the end of October.

seem very interested in answering my questions or helping me understand what might be available in the future. She was also a few minutes late. I understand that delays happen, but considering I was there as a prospective resident genuinely interested in the property, I expected a little more attentiveness and willingness to help once she arrived.
I was genuinely interested in learning more about the community, but the lack of interest and willingness to assist made me reconsider whether this is somewhere I would want to live. Even when there isn’t an apartment available to tour, I think prospective residents should still feel welcomed and receive helpful information.
