Beautiful place but lots of issues
March 9, 2025Our sink was broken about every month. We had a corner apartment with no lights. The office is hard to get ahold of. The gate for the garage was always broken. The location and price are great but the constant issues were hard to deal with.Property Manager Responded

Awesome Customer Service and Great Property!!!
June 9, 2023My daughter and I toured this property a few days ago and she fell in love with the floor plans and great location! She is looking to relocate downtown and this property meets all of her desires for a luxury apartment. The Assistant Manager, Lauren, was very professional and made us feel right at home with her attentiveness to our needs and awesome customer service! Worst place to live!
December 4, 2022This is absolutely the worst place to live. They conveniently left out the rental agreement that the entire basement and first floor of parking is not even owned by the apartment complex and you have to pay to park there. Also conveniently didn’t mention this detail in the walk-through I did. On the weekends, there is tons of trash everywhere specifically on the first level. On top of trash, there has been dead rats on the first level as well. For a place that "cares" so much about security, one ...entrance has been completely closed for almost the entire year now and the only entrance and exit security gates are always broken to the point that they completely took them off. The touchscreen mailbox is broken almost on a weekly basis. The staff is somehow never there on the weekdays during business hours, so you can't complain to them, pretty convenient of them. They also allow a home cooking business to not only solicit us by passing out flyers but that specific resident opens there door while cooking all day and the entire first floor hallway smells absolutely putrid. When you walk through the first level hallway on the weekends, you have to cover your mouth because the smell is absolutely horrendous, every weekend that specific resident cracks there door open and we all have to suffer. Don’t do it
November 15, 2022Staff complains about helping tenants in any way and is no help, elevator always broken, very unsafe, pee in the elevator, trash never picked up, every street surrounding the building is closed and the one that is open is a one way. Good luck trying to get to work in the morning without a Additional 10 minute detour. Surrounded by three loud bars making the already horrible traffic even worse on the weekends. Soooo many break ins. Garage arm is broken and they do not intend on fixing it. They ...offer public parking in the already crowded garage. Shootings and stabbings often occur in the area. There were times residents had nowhere to park. Very small pool. Moving in and out of the building is hard due to the shape of the apartments and the small doorways. Not to mention you have to rely on the nonexistent street parking for you moving vehicle as they don’t fit in the garage. For the price, you'd expect more.
July 15, 2021First of all, this apartment looks amazing from the outside but once you're in it, it's not that great. You can hear the neighbors above you, beside you, people walking in the hallway. NOT TO MENTION THE UNWELCOMED FIRE ALARMS THAT GO OFF AT 3AM IN THE MORNING. They really don't keep you updated with anything that's happening with the community like for instance, gates not working, pools being drained, no real security. For the price you pay for this apartment you would think the basics would be ...covered but they're not. The staff is OK to say the least, they will smile in your face and tell you "yeah I'll check on that" and no follow up. That goes for both leasing agents and management.
