DONT DO IT - Awful management

Lived here 4 years. High price for a low value apartment in a bad community. Neighbor destroyed our property and threatened us, office did nothing. Daily loud screaming unsupervised children running around the complex. Gate doesn’t work regularly, and deliveries from many companies are a problem even with the Amazon locker on premises. Maintenance implement half-measures and cheap workarounds, but at least they’re quick. After moving out, we were sent our security deposit from a frozen bank ...

account and are still following up about two months later to get them to cut the check properly. Pretty certain they’re not going to give our deposit back. Terrible experience, and if I could give zero stars I would.

Maria and all the crew from the complex are excellent people. By the time I lived there, I felt happy, safe and heard with all my issues. Andres from maintenance is a nice guy too, really helpful. The activities they do to gather the community monthly are exceptional great. Thank you. I had to move because unfortunately they don’t have 3 bedroom apartment otherwise I’d stay longer there.

Love the neighborhood

Very quiet place with cool neighbors and chill dogs all around for the most part. They could use some updated landscaping around the place and general upkeep like sweeping. Needs some more drainage for water it seems on some areas. Overall it is very safe and the maintenance team is very thorough and efficient for the most part. Office staff can be a headache here. They just don’t seem to care about the residents as much as my old complex did.

I put in many requests. I was told there was no ladder to fix a light outside my appartment as ppl would stop an look inside as i watched them daily l do this. No new locks after 4 requests. Its a hassle. Managment is not the best. Its a bad area. Businesses have bars on the windows for a reason. Run. Too much to explain. If i could write more off my phone i would. Just run. This is a bad place. Managment wont help you. They act nice until you move in. If your white its seems like your already ...

tagged not to help. Its just a poor run down place with Tampa management. Wow! Just run don't let your college kids move here. Specially single woman
