Rebecca was great - questionable parking Rebecca was great at addressing all our questions. However, the parking instructions we not very clear and we did not get to see the actual parking spaces where residents will park.

Non response On Nov 12, I came home after a busy day to find a large truck parked in my reserved spot. I sent an email to the management office with photos and to this day I have had no response. Several times over the next few days I visited the office and each time it was closed. I would have liked at least an acknowledgment of my concern. Perhaps verifying that my spot had not been assigned to someone else by mistake, or with advice as to what to do if it happened again.

Disappointed by lack of communication I loved the apartment when I viewed it in-person. Was extremely disappointment about the lack of communication....Then I received the email about not meeting their criteria, I tried to email for more details (for I literally could've written a check for one years rent) but it appears they block your email address once you don't meet their credit score criteria!
I tried emailing several times from both email addresses they had previously communicated to me ...
from, and they all were "undeliverable".
I was so annoyed that I called them, of course nobody picked up the phone, and I left a voicemail ....they still didn't call me back.

Had No Notice Someone Was Going to be in my Apartment When I got home from work, I could tell someone was in my apartment as someone had used my bathroom and left a soda can. I had submitted a maintenace request and said someone coud enter my apartment, but there was no notice as to when that would be. I was expecting at least a 24 hr notice or something similar that someone was expected to be in my apartment at a certain time.

Went without hot water for two separate occasions for a week both times. Also went without a refrigerator for a week. Have received numerous responses of “it’s scheduled to be replaced no later than…..”. Instead of fixing a HVAC leak they put a pan underneath the unit in the ceiling. I have no confidence left.
