Poor Communication.
November 6, 2024
Management is unreliable. You can hardly get ahold of them in times of need. I’ve yet to get any repairs in the few months i’ve been there. The only time they’ve willingly contacted me is when the topic is finances. This isn’t just this apartment, this lies with Pyramid Properties in GENERAL. Please make sure to thoroughly expect your new place before moving in. Breaking the lease with them will be a pain in the behind. Best of luck.
