Great apartments & very affordable
February 28, 2020I've lived here almost 4 years & the apartment is spacious, near the Greenway walking trail & Percy Creek Lake, Nashville Shores & more! The water & sewer are included, electric bill always low & very nice staff. The maintenance team is on the ball & garbage @ no charge. You can't find another apartment so affordable in this area. ?Review from Apartments.com
Does not look like the pictures
May 25, 2016This place is in total disrepair. It take months for the simplest repair. Sinks clogged outlets don't work. Windows are cracked with no screens. Doors will not close properly, this is a safety hazard. There is no pest control that I could see apartments are infested with all manner of insects. maintenance has no regard for your safety or privacy. There is loud noise all times of night.
