It's horrible! They said they are not police nor investigator, so they can fine you at will without investigating the truth. I didn't stay in the apartment during the summer vacation. someday they asked me to pay a $100 smoking fine, and I had already asked my roommate to prove that I was not in the apartment. My roommate has paid the fine but did not voluntarily admit to smoking. They still need somebody to write emails to stating they are fully responsible. So refuse to lift my fine. Management ...
