Terrible and Dangerous Service Staff

Staff were incredibly rude and unhelpful upon my first day of moving in. To the point that I had to call up management to help answer my questions. Security is awful here, there have been homeless people sleeping in the front lobby on multiple occasions without any intervention from security who seem to be asleep on the job.
On top of that, their head of security harasses actual residence, taking photos without their consent and trying to follow people back to their apartment. He doesn’t even ...
wear a security uniform or provide any identification. How these people haven’t had a serious lawsuit at this point is beyond me.
This place is not even close to what’s advertised, and you’re honestly putting yourself in danger by living here. Avoid.
