ROACHES
February 24, 2026I lived there for just shy of the year. The first few months started off, pretty good, but as soon as it started getting warm out, the place was roaches galore. At first, I saw one under my bathroom cabinet, so I thought it was just a one time thing. From there, there a company coming in to spray anywhere from every 2 to 6 weeks, which seemed to do very little. From the kitchen to the bedroom, even the laundry area on the second floor was crawling with them.Review from Apartments.com
Bed Bugs!!!!!!!!!!
February 18, 2021Lived there for almost a year and got bed bugs (probably from the laundry room) the staff did not tell anyone about it, when I contacted the office lady she told me that yes about 4 apartments in the building had them. Also nothing gets fixed I had water coming out from my bathroom light and they did nothing about it, they came in and looked at it and just said if it gets worse to call them again...Review from Apartments.com
Bed bugs and crime
November 6, 2018If you want to live with bed bugs rent from here!! The apartment manager is rude, brash and down right nasty. Bedbugs run rampant as well and drugs are here. Cops are present all the time, oh and the prostitutes are here too! If you are looking for bedbugs, drugs and prostitures this is your place!! Steer clear!! You don’t want to live here! Ps the pool is full of nastiness too! It’s like swimming in the fox river, except the fox river is cleaner.Review from Apartments.com

May 23, 2018This apartment complex always has a police armadillo outside to patrol. I had to call the police three times on other residents while staying here over a one year period and spent many nights away.. there was screaming and yelling on a daily basis. The walls are thin and although I have never smoked my apartment always smelt like cigarettes. The hall way smelt like drugs constantly. The maintenance man at the time was of NO help. The place is just run down and in a bad place with bad management ...and bad residents. If you have no kids and can stand screaming at your neighbors who are beating the day lights out of each other while on the phone with the cops and dont mind the blood left over on the walls for months afterwards this is an acceptable place to live. If you are thin skinned, not comfortable with constant police help, expect real maintenance, like fresh air, or most importantly if you have kids you should truly look elsewhere for a living arrangement. Previous Tentant
February 27, 2018I lived at Regency Apartments for 3 months during my internship in Green Bay, WI. The previous landlords Barb and Steve were wonderful. They were super friendly and when things in the apartment broke down, they would handle it right away. Our stove stopped working and we got a new stove in the next day. Our AC stopped working and they brought in a brand new one the same day. Sad to hear, I heard new owners took over the place since Barb had retired. My roommate called the office for an email ...so we can email the the landlord and our rent certificate signed since nothing on their website is updated or provided an email. He called them and the phone was picked up by a very rude lady. She told him the former landlord does not work there anymore and hung up on him. We finally got a hold of their email address sent them our rent certificates. They never replied back to and I had to re-email them about the rent certificate. Finally, someone from the office replied back in an email with misspelled words and improper grammar telling us we had to bring in the forms for them to sign. I cannot wait to get my forms signed from them so I can do my taxes and to never have to deal with Regency Apartments again. Stay away from this place if it's being run by new owners. Decent Place to Live
January 30, 2018Location near hospitals,downtown and as noted in below posts. Elevator. Heated Underground Parking available. Heated Indoor Pool, Laundry, Security locked building with an extra security person making rounds at night. Clean old building,large apartments. Huge difference in 2 years. Definitely fills a niche in available green bay apartments.I could find an apartment that costs less and put up with crime, noise,dirt. I could an find an apartment that costs more and get more with the added stress ...to my finances. Its a good choice in the middle. The elevator sure is nice, twice a month, when I bring my groceries up to my apartment. I'm not sure I'd want to go back to hauling my groceries up stairs anymore.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Decent place for the money
August 1, 2016New owner took over a year ago, building has been getting much better since then; managers and owner generally work with you so long as you try. Comes with a pool which is a huge plus, as well as an underground parking garage for a little extra. The only downside is the neighborhood could be better, allot of vandals tend to come through the building. Would recommend to anyone in the area looking for an apartment, decent value for the money.Review from Apartments.com

October 5, 2015We were told about the building having a new owner. He has come in like wildfire and has been making improvements like crazy. This neighborhood is friendly. Location is key. Walking distance from a park, 3 schools, a church, Laundromat, even though we have on-site facilities, and 2 hospitals. The downside, we get to hear the sirens all day and night. But, on a positive note, 3 words..... heated, indoor pool. The rent is reasonable for the location and size of the units. I love where I live.Review from Apartments.com
