November 3, 2025Water drips Apartment is mostly great. Only complaint I have is that water drips slowly out of the kitchen tap and the washer, and also the pressure from the shower head is very weak. Not sure if this just my unit or a problem with all of building KProperty Manager Responded

July 30, 2025The good and not so good A roach bomb was set off at 4pm and residents were recommended to not enter until 10pm on a week night. Some thought could have been put behind that, we would have had no problem finding another day so we could be out of the unit for the day time. None the less it seems to be working and y'all had a very quick turn around time which was greatly appreciated! Secondly, whoever trimmed the tree behind building J, THANK YOU! April 4, 2023The employees are very accommodating! I love my apartment and neighbors. The dog park is not made for small dogs. They may slip out under the fences so beware! Other than that, I really don’t have many complaints!Property Manager Responded
