The staff are friendly, attentive, and always willing to help when something comes up. The building and shared spaces are consistently clean and well maintained, which makes it a comfortable place to live. The location is also a big advantage since it is easy to get to campus and around Ames. The study spaces are especially useful when you need a quiet spot to focus.
