    These foundry Apts are ok. I love the floor plans. I don't like how thin the walls are. I can hear my neighbors on both sides and behind me. Also, Too many neighbors smoke weed consistently. I deal w/ it since I've signed a year lease.

    Roaches, water shut off constantly, over priced rent, the model apartments don’t look anything like the actual ones, car theft, dog poop left on the sidewalks, pool hasn’t been open in the two years I’ve lived here. Can’t wait to move.

    It is nice, not too small or too expensive. There is not an actual vent in my room though, so that is something I would warn against, as the electric bill can get steep trying to cool off the room with no vent in it. I would recommend with caution.
