Terrible place to Rent
May 4, 2023Moved to Florida last year 2022. Got a 7 month lease from here while trying to buy a house. Had to break the lease because I found a house. I was told the final bill will be mailed to me. I went in twice to see when I was going to get the bill. One time in September which was 2 months after. They told me it was still be processed. I never received phone calls from them or even emails saying we sent the bill. I also have called the management company Lincoln Property Company but they won’t call me ...back. Then this past April I get a letter from a debt collector asking for the money I owed The Fountains. Needless to say, they don’t care about the people that rent out their apartments because while I was there, it took them over a month to get me a gate key, and I also never received a key to the gym that they said was on the premises. Right before I moved out, they raised rent $500 more a month and you received nothing more for that. So during that time I saw at least 100 people moving out because they raised rent for no reason. Wonderful Community
October 18, 2019I moved back into The Fountains at Delray Beach after living here previously in 2013. I moved back for the quality of service, the office staff and maintenance. The community itself is located directly across from The Girls, which has been a favorite of my daughters since she was born. The property is well maintained, there are people constantly making sure the grounds look amazing. The apartments are VERY large and the bathtub in my 2/2 is my favorite part!Property Manager Responded

Don’t move here!
July 12, 2019Literally the worst! If you currently rent beware they like to back charge you 6 months after you leave and send it to collections without notifying you! They also don't respect current repeat renters, they like to shoot up your rent $400 every year. It's extremely difficult to reach the front office staff god forbid you need something. There are so many better developments that will give you more respect and apartment for your buck. Stay away from these Thieves and rundown falling apart ...development, thanks for the mold I had to live with for a year! Oh and I almost forgot, make sure you lock your doors because you can count on the gate to be broken 99.5% of the time too our "Gated" community.Property Manager Responded

End of lease can’t come fast enough!
January 14, 2018Cannot stand it here!! Desperately need to update the interiors. Do not move in the D building! A neighbor calls and complains to the leasing office if any of us make any sort of noise in the evenings! Two neighbors have moved early just for that reason. This person has lived in this building for many years and isn’t going anywhere. Just a friendly warning. Many break-in’s; police here regularly. Not worth the cost. Poor quality housing
September 23, 2015Lived here for a year in a 3 bedroom. Thought it was great when we moved in but our opinion quickly changed. For the first 3 months we were making maintenance calls every week for something or other( the washer just stopped working, random leaks in the plumbing, the drier made an awful squealing noise from day 1, a/c problems). We decided to put some decorations up the first week and discovered there was about an inch of dust covering the ledge above the kitchen. It is a herculean task trying to ...keep the place clean because of the crazy amount of dust that has accumulated in the attic and makes its way into the living areas through the ducts. The power bill was over 250$/ month even with keeping the a/c at 76. The seals in the doors and windows are not air tight and money is constantly escaping in the form of cold air. The carpet is long shag carpet popular in the 1970's, and with the amount of dust in the place if you want it to be clean then consider vacuuming daily, and be prepared to empty the vacuum at least 2x in each room. Spend an extra 100 or so a month to live somewhere else that's actually taken care of. With the difference in the power bill you'd probably save money anyway.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Amazing Place
September 12, 2015The Fountains at Delray is the best apartment complex I have found thus far. I dont know if I will ever leave. The apartments are not huge, but they arent small; they are kind of just perfect. The lakeview is wonderful and there is a circle path perfect for walking any pet. Do not move here!!!!!!
August 20, 2015Do not let the appearance full you. I have lived here for over 3 yrs and I am getting out. This place has really gone down hill. Poor management. Cops are always here arresting people - last month person was arrested and handcuffed for shooting up at the pool. Front gate was destroyed by someone driving through it and has not been replaced in 2 months. They let government assisted rent and drug rehab persons rent. Stay away from any properties managed by Lincoln Property Management.Review from Apartments.com
