September 10, 2023My wife and I were blessed to live in a townhouse at the Fountains. Everything about the property was top notch, including the apartment, the grounds, the community center, and the management. For the price, it was an outstanding value. If we ever relocate back to Salem, the Fountains would definitely be our first choice for a rental property.Review from Apartments.com
Beautiful Apartments
October 3, 2017We moved in early May. We LOVE it. Everything from the great managers Dee and Earl and Terry ,to how beautiful everything is and kept up. We also feel safe and secure in our gated community. All of my friends that have come to visit, mention how nice and beautiful the roomy apartments are. Clean lines, marble countertops in kitchen and bathrooms. Beautuful floors in kitchen and entry ways. I really like the built in seats in the large shower. Nice and roomy throughout. Very quiet apartments ...too. We live on the ground floor,and yet we barely hear our neighbors at all upstairs. It's peaceful and tranquil here, and the sound of the fountains when you're walking around are a special touch. The workout room is available anytime. The clubhouse is a great gathering place for meeting up with friends and neighbors,along with the outdoor patio which has a fire pit and bbq for residents to use. The grounds are kept up so nicely , and neighbors with their dogs are respectful and they appreciate the doggie bags and disposal spots available throughout the grounds here. It REALLY is a great community here. So GLAD we moved here.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
