HAZARDOUS TO YOUR HEALTH AND WELL-BEING
April 20, 2025They have not had a maintenance man for several months! Manager's son in law is uncertified. He probably gets money off his rent. He sweeps but leaves pine cones everywhere.There's black mold and rats, it's disgusting. A pig with lipstick is still a pig !!! This place is bad
March 27, 2025They don't respond to maintenance requests. They don't tell the truth. There is black mold and termites at this property. The pool is not cleaned regularly. The hot tub is always broken. It is poorly lit at night, especially the stairways. The management of this property is the worst! This place should be condemned.. Security deposit
January 2, 2025If i could give this place a negative rating i would. It's been 3 months since my lease ended and i still didn't get my security deposit back. I called Jennifer a couple of times, she said she will look into but never heard back from her. I guess my last option is to take them to the small claims court. November 4, 2023Whatever you do, do not live here the apartments are filled with black mold, along with mildew management does not care all they want is your money and they make things up as they go along and I’m surprised they have not been sued. December 17, 2021This community was sold and changed from senior living to multi family community and the new owners are cheap and do not care about anything but making a dime. They go the cheapest route possible to fix if you are lucky. There are much nicer places to live in the area for better prices.Review from Apartments.com
