April 20, 2025 - Review from Apartments.comThey have not had a maintenance man for several months! Manager's son in law is uncertified. He probably gets money off his rent. He sweeps but leaves pine cones everywhere.There's black mold and rats, it's disgusting. A pig with lipstick is still a pig !!! Find your family a luxury apartment with your hard earned money, not this dump !!
This place is bad
March 27, 2025 - Review from Apartments.comThey don't respond to maintenance requests. They don't tell the truth. There is black mold and termites at this property. The pool is not cleaned regularly. The hot tub is always broken. It is poorly lit at night, especially the stairways. The management of this property is the worst! This place should be condemned.. Cops are here constantly.

January 2, 2025 - Review from Apartments.comIf i could give this place a negative rating i would. It's been 3 months since my lease ended and i still didn't get my security deposit back. I called Jennifer a couple of times, she said she will look into but never heard back from her. I guess my last option is to take them to the small claims court. Stay away from this place.

People should not have to live like this Even corporate does not care just want money. Do not live here.

They go the cheapest route possible to fix if you are lucky. There are much nicer places to live in the area for better prices.
