October 8, 2025We lived there for 8:5 months, but we signed a 11 months lease. Now we are facing 2 months termination! Before we moved in we were told we might need to pay one month termination if we break the lease, but later I found out I have health issues and I couldn’t drive, we want to live close to the hospital, also my husband lost his job the next month. When they found out we might be leaving early they were asking for 2 months termination. They refused subletting, I said I can bring people to the ...office to have them checked the background and sign a new lease. Again they refused. They only want 2 months termination or threatening us ruining our credit. They are not communicative. Very rude. Treating me like poop on the ground. It’s a nightmare in my life. Has potential but management is so bad it makes it hard to live here.
June 20, 2022This complex has the most careless staff working here. They don’t have a single ounce of care when it comes to resident concerns. I put a maintenance request for a broken AC that is now 6 days old. No one has come to fix it. I’ve went to the front office during my lunch break to catch them in person. They just tell me they will send someone there ASAP. I say thank you and go back to work. When I come home from work, I find that nobody came and the office is closed so I have to wait another day. I ...repeated that cycle three times and three nights in a row I’ve slept with no AC. It gets up to 89 degrees inside these units at night. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER
June 3, 2021AVOID THIS PLACE - they frequently lost rent checks, there were roaches and dog poop everywhere, they don’t take care of the grounds, the police are called to the complex every night (expect to witness fights in the parking lot). The area is low-income and working class yet the leasing office treats clients like trash. Rent is ridiculous compared to what you’re actually getting. Truly the most inept and incapable staff ever. We had leaks every month, our ceiling caved in, and maintenance often ...caused more problems than they fixed. Do yourself a favor and look anywhere else - I wouldn’t wish this place on my worst enemy.Property Manager Responded

Incompetent Staff, Shady Management, Overcharged
April 14, 2021I lived here for a year and a half, having minimal issue until it rained and our roof started to leak. Each new rainstorm brought new leaks, and the maintenance staff would come by, say they'll do roof treatment, and it'd just leak again. At one point the internet went out for all the tenants of my building, with it not being fixed for days during Quarantine where we were working from home. The worst was when I moved, they charged me over $1000 for a floor replacement, when there was ...minimal damage (our inspector said we'd get the deposit back). The Management is either trying to get more money out of us than necessary, lied, or is directly incompetent. I would look elsewhere.Property Manager Responded

ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT!
March 20, 2020My Spouse and I have lived in this complex for almost 2 years now and we absolutely love it. The fact that it comes with all of the appliances (microwave, washer, dryer and dishwasher) is very convenient and are able to get maintenance whenever we need is awesome. We started off in a one bedroom our first year and had an easy upgrade to a two bedroom after our lease ended. I must admit that it is a little pricey, with having to pay for trash, gas, water and sewer, but completely worth it. November 29, 2018The apartment that I rent @ the Fountains is fabulous. I Love my kitchen. My stove, refrigerator, dishwasher & my built in microwave along with a stackable washer & dryer with a beautiful remote control ceiling fan. The staff is awesome they're so polite theirs a really good vibe when you walk in the office. Maintenance is awesome the building is always clean. I Love the exercise room!!! Staff here are awful
August 25, 2017The staff here are so disrespectful and unprofessional. There are always cops here stopping domestic fights which seem to be always taken outside. There are always helicopters searching for run sways here. Not a very safe place to live which is obvious just driving though this place with all the people standing outside. Amazing staff
August 12, 2015So exciting to share a few words of acknowledgement about my current residency, I have lived here for under a year but with much caring and consideration I've been privileged to enjoy where I live with wonderful neighbors and the staff are always doing great things to keep their residents happy, as they run a business with consideration and acknowledging the youth by maintain a fun filled atmosphere, they have gone above and beyond to help the maintance needs of others. Maintaining a fun safe ...environment as a resident I feel happy to live in a fun filled atmosphere filled with caring people who are willing to go above and beyond. The Fountains @ Palmdale
August 8, 2015I have been residing here at the Fountains@Palmdale for two years now. The staff and management are very pleasant. This apartment is close to bus lines, restaurants, and markets. The grounds are well kept. We have 3 pool areas which are also kept clean and orderly. During special days such as Mother's day the mothers are given gifts. This one expression means a lot to me, because this is the first apartment complex that I know of have every done this. We also have pool parties which the complex ...provide food, games and prizes. it's not so bad
July 29, 2015The fountains at Palmdale is a nice apartment on the east side of town. It's very convenient and located in between two bus stops (1&2). The apartment has festivities for the residents at least once a month. Far as the management Brenda isn't the nicest , but Leah and kieona are very helpful with questions and all concerns.
