I loved living here!!!
July 4, 2025My roommate and I just recently moved out from here due to life changes but I wouldn’t change a thing about this place!! Julia the property manager is so kind and is prompt when it comes to maintenance or property updates via memos. All kitchen appliances were up to date and the view from our apartment was perfect overlooking Madison park. The exterior siding on a bunch of the buildings were also redone to help keep the buildings in good condition. The laundry facilities were never crowded and I ...could do my laundry at any time. Great Place to Stay!
August 9, 2024My partner and I lived here for three years and really enjoyed it. The space and quiet environment at this apartment is amazing! This is one of the best apartment complexes in Milwaukee County for so many reasons. It's also nice that there aren't many different workers often like most places. The maintenance team, leasing manager and property owners have been the same the entire time we lived here which creates a comfortable and safe environment. September 29, 2023I love this apartment. Everything so far has been a great experience. I love my new apartment. It was fresh & new. Just the way I wanted it. Julia is awesome, she works hard & fulfilled my needs in wanting a easily accessible ground floor. I am disabled. She made me fell respected and welcomed to this community. Great Apartment and Management
August 20, 2023The apartments are very spacious and the underground parking is fantastic. The complex is very clean and quiet. The location is also great, you're a short drive to downtown and have quick access to interstate 41 and 94. The manager Julia is fantastic! She is so responsive, kind, and helpful. Nice Apartment
August 1, 2023Moved in last fall (2022) and our apartment was recently renovated with new cabinetry in the kitchen along with new appliances. There was an issue with packages being stolen, but management installed security cameras near all mail rooms which was nice. Our apartment building also received new washers and dryers during the one year we stayed there. The property seems like they’re always keeping things updated. On a last note, the property manager, Julia is very sweet and nice! Gave her a call with ...any issues or problems I had regarding the apartment and she was happy to help! May 3, 2023Pros: Julia is a good apartment manager. She’s super sweet, prompt, accommodating, and understanding. She sends maintenance help right away when needed. Main entrance apartment doors are always locked and secured. Plenty of parking spaces. Cons: maintenance can improve. Maintenance staff sometimes doesn’t follow through and does a poor job at fixing things. Not sure if security cameras work; I hope so because there were a few car break ins in the past few years. Very Prompt and Accommodating; Ideal Location!
April 11, 2023As soon-to-be college grads moving to Milwaukee for work, my partner and I have found it relatively difficult to find an apartment complex that is willing to work with us and take us seriously given that we don't have much rental and credit history, but this is the best one we've found! Julia has been extremely helpful with very quick email responses and the entire process has been very fast-paced and simple so far. The location is certainly one of the best parts - only 15 minutes from the ...lakefront and 7 minutes from the gorgeous Mayfair mall that has everything you could need, but surrounded by parks so doesn't have the less-fun sides of being in a densely populated area. April 7, 2023I lived her for almost 7 years while doing my fellowship and really enjoyed living here. It was quiet and serene.
