    The title says it all. I’ve been living at the Franciscan for 2 weeks now. Jeremy and the rest of the maintenance team is extremely responsive to all of our needs and work really hard to make sure everything is done quickly and efficiently. Jay, the property manager, is kind and helped us through the whole process. Any negative reviews you see from more than 6 months ago are directed at the old (bad) management team. The new management and maintenance goes above and beyond to treat their guests ...

    The manager, Jay, made my move in smooth. Been here a month and love it. Only problem is the complex is so close to freeway noise but the apartment is super dog friendly and I love the interior layout and staff are quick to respond to inquiries.

    Management was really nice, and accommodating, especially with maintenance request they were quick to respond and fix the issue. Property is very quite and lovely, and the neighborhood is close to everything !!! Cant wait to experience more!

  • Lots of problems

    I have been living at here for many years. Since the new ownership and management took over, there have been lots of constructions going on. Most of the parking is taken up by construction storage. They started repairing my balcony in May and after few weeks they stopped the work. I was told they stopped it because it costs more than they anticipated. The balcony is boarded up and I can't use it. There is no estimated time when they will start the work again and when they will let me use my ...
    balcony. I had to remove all storage and furniture from the balcony and it is occupying my living room. I asked the office several times for updates, but communication is very few. I asked for rent reduction due to the loss of living space and storage several times, which was denied. I do not recommend this place.
