The Frankie is an amazing building to live in. Every member of the staff is kind, friendly, and incredibly helpful. Communication between the staff and residents is 10/10, with updates sent via text so you know exactly what's going on in real time. The community events are always enjoyable and have a unique energy that you won't find elsewhere. The residents are great, and the building is clean, well-kept, and, frankly, beautiful. I love it here at The Frankie! The leasing team is super helpful and prompt in their responses, and the building amenities are gorgeous. I love my unit, it’s a studio that has a west facing window with a view of downtown. The black furnishings and appliances are very aesthetic and modern, one of my favorite things about The Frankie! I would recommend living here to anyone.

Living at The Frankie has exceeded my Expectations. I am a firm believer that the complex you live in matters as much as the people who run it. Luke the community manager has been extremely helpful since I got interested in The Frankie. Luke and Alana are very helpful, professional, courteous and pleasant.
